To add insult to injury, the staff communication was frustrating, leading to us feeling neglected during our stay. On top of that, we faced constant noise disturbances from nearby rooms, which made it impossible to relax.

i absolutely expected a warm welcome, but there was hardly any staff to greet us. the non-smoking room reeked of smoke, which was super unpleasant. i thought a hair dryer would be standard, yet no such luck! i was almost tempted to leave a nice review but just couldn’t, because i deserve better treatment than this.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the lush valleys. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Top Station and Eravikulam National Park. The breakfast spread was decent and provided a good start to the day.
